“I would like to take the opportunity to say a very big thank you for all of your kindness, help and generosity. The help you have been able to give me has been greatly appreciated. It is very hard for me to admit when I am struggling, it makes me feel like a failure. However, this year has been extremely tough and I have had no choice but to admit that I’m not coping as well as I try to make out. You have without a doubt helped to relieve the pressure and stress in ways which I find hard to put into words. 

Thank you for the Christmas package. The fact that the package contents were suitable for both my children, of whom are very different ages was an unexpected surprise. You have definitely lightened the heavy load I was feeling and put the smile back on my face.
